We want your magical attire to fit perfectly, but if your quest leads you to a different size or style, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all mystical tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Quest

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parchment

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Owl

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to the Wizard's Tower vault.

• 4.
  Receive Your Reward

  Once our master tailors inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
